Update: School is out, hunger is not

We are pleased to announce we raised over $1,000 in our “School is Out, Hunger is Not” campaign to set aside 3% of of our online sign holder and merchandising supply orders during the month of June. We will donate $1,016 to the Oregon Food Bank, who with their statewide network of 21 regional food banks and approximately 970 partner agencies help an estimated 270,000 people a month who face food insecurity throughout Oregon and Clark County, Washington.

We know that the summer months pose a real challenge for many in our community, since families who receive free and reduced meals at school struggle to find a way to replace them over the summer. So, we are pleased to learn that the Global Display Solution’s $1,016 donation will translate into approximately 4,000 lbs. of food and 3,000 meals to help bridge this gap.This fundraiser wouldn’t be possible without the help all of our wonderful retail customers who ordered poster stands, merchandising solutions and retail sign holders online last month, so we want to thank you for participation in this campaign, your continued support, and for choosing The Global Display Solution for all your signage needs.
